Cocktail hour opens at five with the silent auction and raffle tables. Dinner is served at seven, the live auction starts around eight, and we are usually out the door by ten. Dress is whatever you would wear to a nice dinner. Plenty of people come in boots.

  • Tables of eight sell out first. If you want to sit with your people, buy the table.
  • Bring a check or a card. We settle up at the tables before you leave.
  • Every dollar raised stays with this chapter and funds the projects on our conservation page.

You do not have to stay for all of it, but the room is fullest between seven and nine.

Doors and cocktail hour

Silent auction and raffle tables open. Grab your bid number at the check-in desk on your way in.

6:30 PM

Silent auction closes

First section closes at 6:30, the rest roll closed every fifteen minutes after that. Watch the boards.

7:00 PM

Dinner

Served at the table. Chapter business is short and we mean it: a few thank yous and the conservation report.

8:00 PM

Fully guided, five days in the field, wall tent camp with a cook. Two hunters, September 2027 archery season, dates arranged directly with the outfitter. Bridger has donated this hunt for six years running and it has never once gone home cheap.

Cast in 1998, one of nine artist's proofs. Ray was a charter member and this piece sat in his front room for twenty-five years.
